Legacy was created by the purchase - from Valeant Pharmaceuticals International - of two complementary manufacturing plants and selected key brands.

Our Humacao, Puerto Rico site is focused on large volume solid and semi-solid dosage drug manufacture and packaging. Basel, Switzerland is focused on parenterals and semi-solid specialty products. These modern sites, attuned to operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma, partner with customers across a broad range of manufacturing challenges, allowing us to focus on our founding competencies.

Legacy is built on solid experience and sound profitable foundation. Our leadership team was selected from extremely talented individuals, all having worked with the Companys predecessor. Our team was thoroughly involved in the buyout process and new strategic direction for the sites and brands.
